As a birth worker - my offerings are intuition driven & hold resonance, power and deeply rooted traditions. I practice from a place that very much bridges the social norms of today’s birthing culture with those of the indigenous peoples around the world. It is important that there is an energetic connection between mother and myself. It is an honor to be apart of such a journey, to be received, trusted and allowed in sacred space. My offerings are completely navigated around the needs of each woman I walk with —whether you're navigating pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period. During our prenatal times together, I focus on helping you feel emotionally grounded, physically prepared and spiritually aligned before entering the birth portal. My offerings are through physical in home presence, holding space to unravel, expressing and offering education and resourcing as well as creating rapport, learning about you and your details, hands-on support tailored to your unique needs. When it comes time for birth, I am your sister - advocating, offering my hands, my words, my presence- helping to create a sacred, empowering environment for you to welcome your baby earthside.

After birth, I practice the first 40 days of sacred transition - traditionally women in their villages are able to rest in their space in uninterrupted transition for 40 full days. In this time the women of the villages take care. They bathe the mother, nourish her with body work, nutrition, cleansing her space - all while the mother is able to be nothing but present in her rebirth as Mother with her baby. In our culture, it feels almost impossible to do this, especially if we are mothers already, but - I work with you to achieve even a small amount of that time to happen. I come to your home with nourishment, offerings of massage, reiki and to hold you, both physically and emotionally, as you heal and adjust to life with your new baby. Whether you need help with newborn care, emotional support, or simply a reassuring presence during this transformative time, my goal is to offer continuous, conscious care, comfort, and empowerment, so you can lean into this birthrite, the rebirth of you.
