Postpartum Bodywork

My Bodywork Services are deeply restorative and nourishing experiences, specifically honoring women in their postpartum window but do have parental offerings as well - I offer a combination of Belly Binding, Reiki and Abhyanga to support your physical and emotional well-being. These services can be added to the Closing of the Bones Ceremony to further the healing process in your home space.

With Belly Binding, I offer gentle yet effective postpartum support by wrapping the abdomen, helping to bring your body back into alignment after birth. This practice aids in recovery by toning the abdominal muscles, promoting healing, and creating a sense of grounding and stability during this transformative time.

My Abhyanga offering is a warm oil massage rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, designed to soothe the nervous system and encourage deep healing. Whether you’re postpartum or simply in need of some loving care, this practice brings harmony to your body, mind, and spirit by replenishing energy, easing tension, and nourishing your skin and soul. Through these bodywork services, I create a holistic experience that honors the sacredness of your body’s journey and helps you feel truly cared for, inside and out.

My Reiki sessions tap into your energy field, intentionally and intuitively while spirit is guiding- move to heal the spaces and places in your body that calls to me. I love to work with mothers prenatally helping to ease tension, align you spiritually and open the pathways to connect in with your baby. Womb reiki healing in my absolute favorite. Postpartum womb healing and cleansing can be added on to any body work session above.
